About Jennifer


Hi, I'm Jennifer, I’m on a mission to help people move better and feel better, now and into the future!


I teach yoga differently — and intentionally so. My classes go beyond traditional yoga to include strength building, resistance training, functional movement, and somatic practices.

With over two decades of teaching experience, I specialize in breaking down movement in accessible, intelligent, and empowering ways.

Whether you’re brand new or have experience, I meet you where you are. My teaching blends variety and consistency, helping your body thrive and build long-term, sustainable practices. Expect smart sequencing, thoughtful use of props, and plenty of modifications. I create a space where it’s safe to challenge yourself — with a sense of curiosity and playfulness.

I believe yoga should be enjoyable, customizable, and life-enhancing.

I’ve been practicing since 1992 and teaching since 2002. In 2014, I became the 14th person in the world to be certified by YOGAMAZÉ, a prestigious yoga school renowned for its rigorous training standards and commitment to educational excellence. Read more about my teaching journey on my blog.
