Sunday, 11-12AM, Move Well, Age Well, starts Jan4
Build strength, stability, and mobility with a supportive, intentional practice designed to help you move confidently as you age. Perfect if you want less stiffness, better balance, and more ease in everyday life.
Thursday 12-1pm, Strong and Stable, starts Jan 6
A strength-building class focused on protecting your joints, improving posture, and helping you feel powerful and steady. Perfect if you want to build strength safely and feel more resilient.
Establish consistency and see lasting results by committing to a 10-week session! Practice live-stream or on-demand. There are options to meet you wherever you're at.
Beginners and seniors are encouraged to join! You don’t need to attend live, you can watch and re-watch the replays at your convenience. No need to miss a week if you are out of town. Drop-ins also available.

If you are looking for a blend of alignment and flow, you’re in the right place. I love breaking poses down and exploring them in new and exciting ways. I will challenge you while maintaining a playful, down-to-earth atmosphere. I love reviewing the basics and offer modifications for students of all levels. My classes are for students who want to increase mobility, build strength and improve balance. I design my classes, to help you move with more ease and comfort, and feel better in your body, my classes are not about being able to touch your toes!
