Welcome to Weekly Yoga Classes!
Classes are designed in collaboration with a Physical Therapist to help you move better, and feel better, no matter your experience level. Each session blends strength, balance, and mobility. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and know that every week you’re investing in your health and longevity. I’ve been teaching live online for six years, creating a supportive and expertly guided experience even through the screen.

Thursday 12-1pm, Building Better Balance, Strength, Stability & Confidence for Everyday Life
A supportive practice designed to improve balance, coordination, mobility, and confidence in movement so you can continue moving through life with greater steadiness, strength, and ease.
Establish consistency and see lasting results by committing to a 10-week session! Practice live-stream or on-demand. There are options to meet you wherever you're at.
Beginners and seniors are encouraged to join! You don’t need to attend live, you can watch and re-watch the replays at your convenience. No need to miss a week if you are out of town. Drop-ins also available.

If you are looking for a blend of alignment and slow flow, you’re in the right place. I love breaking poses down and exploring them in new and exciting ways. I will challenge you while maintaining a playful, down-to-earth atmosphere. I love reviewing the basics and offer modifications for students of all levels. My classes are for students who want to increase mobility, build strength and improve balance. I design my classes, to help you move with more ease and comfort, and feel better in your body, my classes are not about being able to touch your toes!
