Shoulders 101
I’m thrilled to bring you my 4-week shoulder series. It’s no secret that I love working with the shoulders! It's crucial to maintain strength for healthy shoulders, especially as we age. I've created a comprehensive series to help you move with more ease and comfort, both on and off your mat. In this series, you will learn simple and effective ways to stretch and strengthen your shoulders. This series is created for you to do when it fits your schedule. Join me and learn just how awesome and amazing your shoulders are. Learn to find optimal alignment in common yoga poses. Open to all levels, beginners are encouraged to join. Props, yoga mat, exercise band and 2 foam yoga blocks. (optional, 3rd block, and large bolster).
