Learn fun and innovative was to strengthen your core. This series is sure to challenge you and keep you engaged! A strong and functional core has been shown to decrease back pain, improve balance, and help you move with more ease and comfort. Join me live or on-demand, when it fits your schedule.
This series consists of four 1-hour live or on-demand classes, with replays for you to watch and rewatch at your convenience. No experience necessary, beginners and seniors are encouraged to join. Props, yoga mat, 2 foam yoga blocks, (optional, resistance bands).
