Yoga helps because it does exactly what you need, it strengthens your core and moves your spine in all directions. Learn tips and techniques to help you stretch and support your low back, and strengthen your core.

This series is available on-demand, with replays for you to watch and rewatch at your convenience. This series will meet you wherever you’re at on your yoga journey, with many options to choose from. No experience necessary, beginners and seniors are encouraged to join. Props, yoga mat, 2 foam yoga blocks, and resistance bands (optional).
