A Free 30-Minute Strength + Mobility Reset
If you’ve been curious about my January sessions but weren’t sure they were right for you, I’m hosting a free 30-minute class on 12/29 from 12-12:30PM so you can experience it for yourself. Come move, breathe, and reset, just as you are.
This class will reflect the direction of my upcoming 10-week sessions, with a focus on moving smarter, feeling stronger, and supporting your body long-term.
No experience necessary, beginners and seniors are encouraged to join. Props, yoga mat, 2 foam yoga blocks, and resistance bands (optional). Available live-streaming on on-demand with replay included. New Students, please fill out a new student form https://www.jenniferdavisyoga.com/nsf before your first class.
