This 10-week session focuses on functional movements that promote stability, balance, comfort and ease in your body, helping you stay active. Live class is held Sunday 11am-12pm CST live-stream on Zoom. Be sure to add me jd@jenniferdavisyoga.com to your address book, and keep an eye on your inbox for an invite to class. Classes come with a replay for your convenience, replays are edited and sent out on Mondays (excluding holidays). 10-week sessions run for 10 consecutive weeks (excluding holidays), helping you build a consistent practice.
